V05 Vermicelli w/ Spring Roll and Grilled Chicken

Spring roll and a specially marinated grilled chicken breast on thin rice vermicelli. Top with freshly chopped green leaf lettuce, mint, beansprouts, julienne english cucumber, julienne pickled carrots, and sliced pickled red onions with a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts. Served with a traditional a Vietnamese fish sauce vinaigrette on the side.
