V09 Vermicelli w/Shrimp on Sugarcane, Grilled Pork, Sausage

Shrimp on sugarcane, a specially marinated grilled pork, and pork sausage on thin rice vermicelli. Top with freshly chopped green leaf lettuce, mint, beansprouts, julienne english cucumber, julienne pickled carrots, and sliced pickled red onions with a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts. Served with a traditional a Vietnamese fish sauce vinaigrette on the side.
