V10 Vermicelli w/Shrimp, Grilled Pork, Grilled Chicken

Shrimp, pork and chicken breast are all specially marinated and grilled and placed on top of thin rice vermicelli. Top with freshly chopped green leaf lettuce, mint, beansprouts, julienne english cucumber, julienne pickled carrots, and sliced pickled red onions with a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts. Served with a traditional a Vietnamese fish sauce vinaigrette on the side.
